Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be offered for purchases made on Alldaydeal. All products sold on this website are digital products (no physical shipping).
Digital products
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” like physical items, refunds are generally limited to situations such as billing errors or delivery/access problems.
When a refund may be offered
- Duplicate charge / billing error (for example, you were charged twice for the same order).
- Non-delivery (you did not receive access to the download after payment and we cannot fix it).
- File problem (the file is corrupted or not as described and we cannot provide a working replacement).
- Unauthorized transaction (subject to investigation and PayPal rules).
When refunds are not offered
- Change of mind after receiving/accessing the digital product.
- Issues caused by your device, software, or internet connection (we will still try to help).
- Misuse of the product or failure to follow instructions (when provided).
Timeframe
Please contact us within 7 days of the payment date so we can help you quickly.
How to request a refund
- Your PayPal email or transaction ID
- The product name
- The date of purchase
- A short description of the issue
If the issue is a file or access problem, we may first offer a replacement file or new download link.
Chargebacks / PayPal disputes
If you have a question about a charge, please contact us first so we can help. Opening a PayPal dispute without contacting us may delay resolution while PayPal reviews the case.
