These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Alldaydeal website and any digital products sold through it ("Service"). By using the Service or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1) What we sell

Alldaydeal sells digital products (for example: SEO documents, templates, guides, or downloadable files). No physical items are shipped.

2) Orders & payments

  • All purchases are one-time payments (no subscriptions, no recurring billing).
  • Payments are processed securely via PayPal.
  • The price shown at checkout is the price you will pay for that product (unless stated otherwise).

3) Digital delivery

After successful payment, you will receive access to your digital product via on-screen download and/or email delivery (depending on the product). If you do not receive access, contact us and we will help.

4) Refunds

Please review our Refund Policy. Because these are digital products, refunds may be limited, especially after a file has been accessed or downloaded.

5) License & permitted use

Unless otherwise stated, digital products are licensed for personal or internal business use by the purchaser. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or publish the files (or any part of them).

6) Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the website.
  • Do not use the Service for unlawful activities.

7) Disputes / chargebacks

If you have any issue with a purchase (delivery problems, duplicate charge, or access issues), please contact us first and we will work to resolve it quickly before you open a PayPal dispute.

8) Disclaimer

The Service and digital products are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees that the products will achieve specific results (for example: rankings, traffic, or revenue), as outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alldaydeal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product at issue.

10) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do.
